OHS STRATEGY

With the purpose of maintaining a secure and healthy work environment, our OHS Management works under the focus of prevention of accidents, injuries and occupational sicknesses through the elimination and/or administration of dangers and risks systematically.

The process of OHS Management in Renace is based upon the constant improvement of the International Rules OHSAS 18001:2007.

We have 4 axis supporting the management of OHS following the cycle of continuous improvement

Risks Evaluation

All our processes have an identification of dangers and evaluation of risks where we implement operational control to prevent injuries of our employees and contractors, as well as avoiding damages to the property.

Emergency procedures

We have developed specific plans and procedures for emergencies, to mitigate possible consequences, reassuring operation continuity.

Training and Formation

Through constant training by means of conferences of security and specific courses of occupational health and security we seek to reinforced safe behaviors in all people in our operations.

Management

The management, of our Security and Occupational Health Plan helps us generate a culture of safety and healthy environments, reinforcing all those preventive actions, good practices and innovations which contribute to continuous improvement.
